He has over 30 years of travel and hospitality sales & marketing experience from 5 star luxury to mid-price and has provided marketing and sales services to numerous organizations in the USA and around the world.
Bob is a well credentialed and creative global sales and marketing executive and has taken an active travel industry leadership role. He served on the NTA Board 2013/14, Board Director for US Travel Association and was elected as a Commissioner for Visit California, 2013/14. He is Marketing Chair for National Parks Promotion Council.
As VP Sales & Marketing for Delaware North Companies Parks and Resorts, (which included Shenandoah National Park, Yosemite National Park, Kennedy Space Center, Lizard Island Resort, Great Barrier Reef) he oversaw sales & marketing for all business units, including setting up KPI’s, performance reviews, RevPAR analytics, forecasting and provided data insights to the exec management team.His responsibilities included the selection, integration and performance of key service providers in advertising, search, reputation management, database management, CRM, analytics, web, GDS, OTA’s, international offices and reservations.

Bob served as EVP to Intrasight (now ClickSquared), the leader in Database Marketing services whose clients included Aramark, Greyhound, Hawaii VCB, HomeAway, Loews Hotels Montage, Omni hotels, One&Only, and SuperClubs.
